Payments made for promotional listings are non-refundable unless a technical issue prevents listing.
We reserve the right to revise pricing or plans at any time.

5. Verification and Badges

Businesses may receive a “Verified” badge after providing necessary documents (e.g., license, GST, PAN).
Verification does not constitute endorsement or certification by FindirectoryIndia.
We do not guarantee performance or service quality of any listed business.

6. Third-Party Content

Listings and reviews are submitted by third parties and do not represent the views of FindirectoryIndia.
We are not responsible for disputes, losses, or claims arising from services booked via the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and text on this site belong to FindirectoryIndia and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account or listing if you violate any of these terms.
Users or businesses engaging in fraudulent behavior will be blacklisted.
